Refund & Credit Policy

Registration & Membership Fees

All registration and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Program Fees (Clinics, Camps, Training Sessions)

Refunds will only be issued if a program is cancelled in full by Brooklyn Basketball.

If a participant withdraws in writing 14 days or more prior to the program start date, a credit equal to the paid amount (less a 10% administrative fee) may be issued for use toward future Brooklyn Basketball programs within 12 months of such program.

Withdrawals made within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Missed Classes or Sessions

No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed or partially attended sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, no-shows, or late arrivals. Exception may be made in the sole discretion of Brooklyn Basketball for specific Brooklyn Basketball offerings including the After-School Club.

Medical Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be granted in cases of injury or illness, provided a physician’s note is submitted within 7 days of the missed program start date. Approval is at the sole discretion of Brooklyn Basketball.

Facility Closures

In the event any Brooklyn Basketball facility, camp, or program is required to close due to weather, government order, or circumstances beyond its control, Brooklyn Basketball may, at its sole discretion, provide make-up sessions, credits, or alternate programming. No cash refunds will be issued.

Participant Conduct and Removal

Brooklyn Basketball reserves the right to remove, suspend, or dismiss any participant from a program or session, without refund or credit, if the participant (or their parent/guardian) engages in conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, violent, abusive, or otherwise detrimental to the safety, well-being, or experience of other participants, staff, or the program as a whole. Determinations under this policy shall be made at the sole and absolute discretion of Brooklyn Basketball, and all fees paid shall be deemed non-refundable in such circumstances.

Acknowledgement

By registering, participants (or parents/guardians, if participant is under the age of 18) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Credit Policy.
